Terms of Service & Booking Conditions

1. General Agreement

By booking any transportation service, designated driver, or shuttle through SkipTheTicket.com (or by calling our 24/7 hotline), you agree to these Terms of Service. All passengers and vehicle owners must comply with local British Columbia motor vehicle laws.

2. Airport Pickups & Flight Tracking

For transfers from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Abbotsford Airport (YXX):

• Complimentary Wait Time: We include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time following confirmed flight touchdown for domestic and international flights.
• Automated Flight Tracking: If your incoming airline adjusts schedule due to weather or ATC delays, your dispatch driver will adjust arrival automatically without penalty.

3. Designated Driver Service Requirements

When utilizing our Designated Driver Service to drive your personal vehicle:

• Valid Registration & Insurance: Client vehicles must possess valid ICBC vehicle licensing, road registration, and decal insurance.
• Roadworthy Condition: The vehicle must be mechanically safe to operate (functioning brakes, lights, tires, and seatbelts).

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Reservations cancelled at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup incur zero cancellation fees. Immediate dispatch bookings cancelled after a driver is on route may be subject to a nominal dispatch fee to cover driver transit expenses.
